Learn poker odds
Five pages, no filler. Every number on them was calculated by the same engine that runs the FeltOdds calculator, at the moment the page was built.

Poker odds are one question asked four ways: how many cards help me, how likely is one of them to arrive, how much is in the pot, and is that enough. Each page below answers one of those, using the same calculation engine that runs in the calculator itself. Every percentage was worked out when this page was built, not copied from a chart.
The pages
- Outs chartWhat 1 to 17 outs are worth on the turn, on the river, and across both — with the exact numbers next to the "rule of 4 and 2" shortcut.
- Flush, straight and gutshot drawsThe three questions a draw actually raises — will it come, will it put me in front, will I win — answered separately, with worked hands.
- Pot odds explainedHow much equity a call needs, for every common bet size, and how many outs that works out to.
- Hand rankingsThe ten categories in order, and how often each one actually turns up in the seven cards you see in Hold’em.
- Classic preflop matchups10 famous hand-against-hand spots, each one worked out over all 1,712,304 possible boards.
One thing worth knowing before the rest
Most poker charts answer "how often will my card come?" and stop there. That is only the first of three different questions, and they have three different answers. A card can arrive and still not put you in front, because it also helps somebody else. You can be in front and still lose, because two more cards are coming. The draw page works a real hand through all three, and the calculator does the same thing live for whatever you type in.
